Still white wine of Czech origin made from the namesake variety, which is a genetic cross between Gewurztraminer and Muller Thurgau grape varieties.

It is an elegant, rich, fruity, and floral wine with a distinct and harmonious taste.

Soft pressing, natural must decantation, and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Aging on fine lees for 10 months with frequent batonnage to promote the transfer of structural components from the yeast.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Bouquet:
Aromatic wine reminiscent of its parent, the Gewurztraminer. Clean and elegant aroma with an intense bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruits, apricot, candied orange peel, white flowers, and especially rose.
Taste:
Intense and persistent, very mineral and with pronounced acidity that enhances the varietal aromatics.
Pairings:
Excellent when paired with fried vegetables and fish, it also pairs very well with gourmet pizzas and savory snacks.

Chardonnay

A still white wine of international fame, but also well-suited to the soils of the Asolo hills, which impart excellent freshness and structure.

It is an elegant, mineral wine with a distinct and harmonious taste.

Winemaking:
Soft pressing, natural must decantation with cold settling for several days to extract more varietal aromatic precursors, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Aging on fine lees for 8-10 months with frequent batonnage to encourage the transfer of structural components from the yeast.
Fining:
3 months in bottle in an upright position.

Visual:
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Bouquet:
Wine of excellent aromatic character. Very mineral and intense on the nose, with notes of fresh fruit, apple, and pear, hints of mint, and white flowers like jasmine and lily.
Taste:
On the palate, it is intense and persistent, very mineral and well-structured. The finish is lingering with a return of mineral nuances.
Pairings:
Excellent when paired with rice-based first courses, it also pairs very well with white meats and cooked vegetables.

Montepulciano

Still red wine produced in the Marche region from a small, privately-owned vineyard located on the hills

It is a bold, rich, fruity, and harmonious wine, with a preference for short maceration to make it ready to drink.

100% Montepulciano
Winemaking:
Gentle crushing and destemming, maceration in small stainless steel vats with daily pump-overs to extract color components for about 5-6 days, fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel for the following 10 months.
Fining:
5 months in bottle in an upright position.
Alcohol:
14%
Visual:
Intense ruby red color with purplish hues.
Bouquet:
Wine with notes of wild berries such as blueberry, blackberry, and currant. Clear and spicy aroma, very vertical with an intense bouquet.
Taste:
Rich, smooth, fruity, fresh, and balanced with already polished tannins.
Pairings:
Excellent when paired with pasta dishes with meat sauces, and main courses of roasted or grilled red meats.

Montepulciano barrique

Still red wine produced in the Marche region from a small, privately-owned vineyard located on the hills

It is an opulent and structured wine, with a preference for long maceration to ensure the product’s longevity.

Winemaking:
Gentle crushing and destemming, maceration in small stainless steel vats with daily pump-overs to extract color and tannic components for about 12-14 days, fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel for the first few months, followed by resting in oak barriques for 12-18 months.
Fining:
5 months in bottle in an upright position.

Visual:
Intense ruby red colour
Bouquet:
Wine with notes of ripe small fruits, wild cherries, and spirits-soaked fruit. Spicy aroma, enveloping notes of vanilla and toasted scents, make up an intense and complex bouquet.
Taste:
Intenso e persistente di grande struttura tannica.
Pairings:
Excellent with stewed meats, game and very rich and tasty sauces. Also excellent with very mature cheeses.
